Our global client is seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Developers to join their innovative team. As a UI/UX Developer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall user experience. Responsibilities
- UI/UX Design: Design and implement user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience.
- User Research: Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors, incorporating insights into the design process.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to illustrate design concepts and gather feedback.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to bring designs from concept to implementation.
- Visual Design: Develop visually appealing graphics and layouts while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Responsive Design: Ensure that UI designs are responsive and compatible across various devices and screen sizes.
- Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and make data-driven improvements to designs.
- Stay Current: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continuously enhance design processes.
Operations:
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the final product.
- Implement and maintain design systems to streamline the design process.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with Product Managers to understand project requirements and goals.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure the feasibility of design concepts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 2 to 10 years of proven experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
- Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with responsive design and a deep understanding of design principles.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for effective collaboration with developers.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions.
