Job Description

  • Spearheading the execution of culture and people strategy across defined strategic initiatives.
  • Leading the HR function, encompassing strategy development, process evaluation, and the design and implementation of HR systems, policies, and processes.
  • Providing direction, coaching, and support to the HR team.
  • Applying organizational design, strategic workforce planning, and change management as integral components of transformative initiatives aimed at accelerating business performance.
Responsibilities

The Successful Applicant:

  • Full-Time MBA in HR from a Tier 1 institute is a must-have.
  • A minimum of 10 years of HR work experience with a focus on growing startups (preferably involved in the 0-1 journey).
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management across multiple initiatives and work streams concurrently.
  • Proven experience in managing diverse stakeholders and leading organizational transformation and change projects.
  • Direct exposure to forward-thinking employee benefits, performance management, learning and development, and employee experience programs.
