Overview:
As a Replenishment Analyst, you play a crucial role in aligning with the mission and vision of 'The Warehouse Group.' Operating within multiple squads, you contribute to fulfilling the squad(s) objectives, ensuring optimal availability to meet customer demand and enhance their overall experience.
- Allocated to a tribe, collaborate with a cross-functional team to achieve outcomes identified in the QBR process.
- Execute actions independently and with others within the tribe remit to expedite goal delivery, ensure quality outcomes, and minimize obstacles.
- Maintain alignment with OTB targets and collaborate with the commercial planner to achieve overall financial KPIs.
- Support the customer mission by maximizing potential availability of continuity lines.
- Collaborate closely with commercial and location planning teams to balance customer demand, location availability, and assortment spend.
- Focus on both maximizing opportunities and minimizing risks in alignment with the tribe vision.
- Take accountability for forecasting, utilizing segmentation to prioritize the frequency of key line forecasts. Manage order placement and foster supplier relationships to ensure forward availability.
- Manage total stock levels for continuity products up to arrival at ranged locations, contributing to understanding the end-to-end demand and supply chain.

- Work collaboratively with tribe and squad members on various tasks in sprints to achieve squad missions.
- Take full responsibility for achieving tribe goals within squads.
- Define, create, and iteratively improve squad working and productivity.
- Participate in tribe and squad events and ceremonies.

Experience, Skills, and Mindset:
Essential:
- Inventory unit management
- Item-level demand forecasting
- OTB management
- Order management
- Understanding of replenishment processes, including triggers, released replenishments, and dynamic replenishment process flows
- Advanced expertise in using Excel
- Reporting and analysis skills
- Location planning
- Inventory optimization
- Store/Region knowledge
Desirable:
- Project management experience
- Understanding of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Lean, HCD, etc.)
- Exposure to Atlassian tools like Confluence, JIRA, etc.
- Exposure to process mapping tools
- Exposure to Range Planning Tool
