HIREF Technologies, a leading Talent Solutions and Web Development firm, is seeking dynamic and motivated Business Development Associates to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and partnerships. Responsibilities
  1. Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue potential clients within the talent solutions and web development industry. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  2. Revenue Generation: Work towards achieving and exceeding revenue targets through successful client engagement and closing of deals.
  3. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
  4. Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate HIREF Technologies' value proposition to clients.
  5. Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
  6. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers and client satisfaction.
  7. Remote Work: Embrace and excel in a completely remote-based work environment, managing your own schedule effectively.
  8. Utilization of Online Tools: Candidates must have access and experience utilizing online tools like LinkedIn Navigator or similar business prospecting tools to carry out business development activities.
Qualifications
  1. Proven Experience: Minimum of 2 years of successful business development or sales experience, preferably in the talent solutions or web development industry.
  2. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and solutions to clients.
  3. Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and proactively pursue business opportunities. A self-starter with a results-oriented mindset.
  4. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a flexible, remote environment and able to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
  5. Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals with clients.
Compensation

This is a commission-based role with no fixed salary. Commissions can range up to 20 LPA or more, based on performance and business generated.

Note: This is a flexible role, and candidates have the autonomy to choose their work hours or schedule.
