- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for web, mobile, and API testing using industry-standard automation frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or similar tools.
- Create and execute test cases, scripts, and scenarios to validate software functionality, performance, and security in an Agile environment.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide input into the design and architecture of test automation solutions.
- Identify and prioritize test cases for automation, ensuring maximum test coverage and efficiency in the testing process.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and work proactively to identify and address software defects and performance bottlenecks.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement in software quality and testing processes.
- Mentor junior team members, share best practices, and contribute to the overall growth and development of the testing team.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automation testing.
- Strong proficiency in automation frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or similar tools.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and communicate findings effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.
